What is the return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order I'm here to help! You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The be eligible items must be in their original packaging (protective films attached) and you MUST record a continuous video when unboxing your items, otherwise I may be unable to help you. Please read the return policy for more info.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship in-stock items within 7 business days. Pre-order items may take up to 3 months to arrive but will be shipped within 7 business days upon arrival.
Please note that if you order an in-stock item with a pre-order item, your package will be shipped once all of the items in your order are in stock. If you would like any items shipped earlier, please place separate orders.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All UK orders are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked 48. Overseas orders are shipped through either Royal Mail International Tracked or International Standard (untracked).
What countries do you ship to?
I ship worldwide (with a few exceptions where Royal Mail cannot ship to specific countries)! You can find details of the shipping costs to your country by adding your address details at checkout.
