Shipping policy

 

Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are carefully checked, packaged and dispatched from the UK.

  • In-stock items are usually shipped within 3–5 working days after payment is received.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped once stock arrives from my suppliers. This may take up to 3 months.

  • Payment for pre-order items will be processed at the time of purchase to secure your order.
  • Pre- order items may take up to 3 months to arrive with me. There is a further 7 working days processing and shipping time.

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please place a separate order.

  • I am not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.)

We’ll always notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and include your tracking information.
